Pyrmont Place is a landmark mixed-use precinct located in Pyrmont, adjacent to Sydney’s new Fish Markets. Spanning a 1.2-hectare site, this ambitious multi-stage development encompasses five distinct buildings and features a comprehensive array of facilities and amenities.
The project will include 237 residential units, complemented by 16,000 square meters of commercial and retail floor space. Additional components include a child care centre, an indoor recreation centre with two courts, end-of-trip facilities, back-of-house services, ample car parking, and a thoughtfully designed public domain.
Stage 2 of the project has recently received planning approval, with construction slated to begin by the end of Q2 2025. Metis is engaged to provide full Project Development, Project Management, and Superintendent services, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of this significant development.
