Arian is a property professional who embarked on his career after completing a Bachelor in City Planning (Hons). With over 13 years of development management experience for ASX-listed private Australian developers, Arian has abroad expertise ranging from boutique high-end residential projects, through to major multi-stage residential, mixed-use and retail projects across NSW and Victoria.
Jeff Curnow | Founding Director
Jeff is passionate about the built environment and has more than 20 years of experience in delivering complex developments and large-scale projects. Throughout his career, Jeff has held senior roles in award-winning project management firms, Jeff has expertly led site acquisitions and front-end delivery, setting up developments for success and overseeing his team’s delivery of the development. Jeff has expertly acquired over $1.5 billion worth of development sites across Australia and has successfully delivered in excess4,000 apartments.
Nick Madgwick | Director
Nick is a distinguished property professional with an exceptional track record in both the construction and property industry. During his time at Cbus Property, Nick successfully acquired and led the delivery of several high-profile projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic vision. Nick holds a Bachelor of Construction and Construction Economics from Unitec, providing a solid foundation in construction and economic principles. Nick began his career as a Construction Project Manager, where here fined his project management and client relations skills.

With expertise in all stages of the development cycle, Arian applies a methodical approach focused on planning, design, and customer experience. At Metis, he oversees projects from acquisition to handover, collaborating with his team to achieve optimal outcomes.
